I’m ridiculously into this photo (and outfit!) but I’m even more into the blog it came from, http://gostosa.tumblr.com/. I’ve been gleefully paging back through all today because it’s one of the best girl-shaped-people-who-look-like-me tumblrs I’ve come across thus far.

In related news, I went out and bought two new pairs of pants that fit my hips the other day and it has been LIFE CHANGING (in the sense that pants are a part of my life, which has now changed for the better). I had worn my last pair of well fitting jeans out to the point of huge holes in the inner thigh, and I braved the mall after Christmas to replace them so I could continue not thinking about pants for the next year or so.

For future self reference- size 15, and don’t forget it. I’ve done my share of twisting myself into awkward positions and fishing the tags out of whatever clothing I currently had on to remember my size (it’s extra fun in public with bras) and it just makes the entire shopping-for-clothes experience more unpleasant. I should just make a cheat card for myself: “Size 15 pants, 36D bra, womens 9 shoes, and fuck a bunch of ‘one size fits all’.”
