Middle split progress
I held my middle splits for 30 seconds tonight! Granted, it was in class and under my favorite trapeze instructor (Daniella)’s watchful eye, but I kept going through the pain and promptly collapsed at 30. I’ve finally got my knees comfortably resting on the ground, which has helped take a lot of stress off my legs. I even laid my head down on the ground rather than fully support myself...
